Most of us have that one celebrity that we find utterly irresistible. The one that we’d drop everything – and anyone – for. It’s practically a cultural rite of passage.

But in 2026, romantic attraction continues to prove that looks aren’t everything. From Netflix’s Love Is Blind taking visuals out of dating altogether, to the growing popularity of audio-driven platforms like Quinn, where desire is built entirely through sound.

If one thing’s clear, it’s that our culture is increasingly embracing the power that voices, accents, and languages play in self-expression and attraction. But if we take looks out of the equation, which celebrities could leave us blushing and tempted to slip into our favourite sexy lingerie with only their voice?

To find out, our team here at Pour Moi sent 500 study participants on a 30-second blind ‘audio date’ with 100 celebrities to determine who truly has the sexiest celebrity voice of 2026.

Drawing on previous research into vocal attraction, we had 500 people listen to short clips of 100 celebrities, all of whom are known for their voice skills – whether that’s through acting, presenting, or, naturally, singing.

Each participant listened to five randomly assigned 30-second clips, without knowing who they were hearing (to ensure any pre-existing or past crushes didn’t influence their opinions!), and then rated them on various factors that scientific studies have linked to perceived attractiveness. Those factors were:

Pitch¹: Some studies have shown that heterosexual men and women are more attracted to lower voices in the opposite sex.

Speed²: A 2016 study found that those who speak slightly faster are perceived as more attractive and more confident.

Volume³: Psychologists have found that people with louder voices are deemed more attractive.

Attractiveness: Put simply, to understand how sexy the voices sounded to each listener.

In total, the study generated 2,500 individual ratings. Scores for each celebrity were averaged and scaled so that each factor contributed up to 25 points, creating a final “Sexy Voice Score” out of 100.

The higher the score = the sexier the voice!

1. Rosalía

It’s official: Spanish-born singer Rosalía has the sexiest celebrity voice of 2026, with an impressive score of 84.6/100.

As Spanish-language music continues to break boundaries, it’s clear it’s taking over the global stage in more ways than one. From the cultural force of Bad Bunny’s “Bunny Bowl” halftime show in February to Rosalía’s vocal reign, Spanish-language artists are quickly defining what 2026 sounds like.

First hitting the music scene back in 2013, Rosalía’s career reached new heights in 2025 when her fourth album Lux smashed several records by a Spanish-speaking female artist. Known for her flamenco-influenced vocal style and distinctive Spanish accent, it’s no surprise that her voice left a lasting allure on participants.

2. Zoë Kravitz

Following closely behind Rosalía is the American actress Zoë Kravitz with an impressive score of 83.3/100. No stranger to the spotlight, Zoë brings an effortlessly cool edge to everything she does – including how she uses her voice.

Her relaxed, low, husky register made the pitch of her voice particularly attractive to respondents – mirroring the cool girl aesthetic she’s known for on and off screen.

And it’s not just acting that Zoë showcases her voice talents in. Following in the footsteps of her rock star father, Lenny Kravitz, she is also part of an American R&B and electropop duo called LOLAWOLF.

3. Aimee Lou Wood

Rounding out the top three is Mancunian actress Aimee Lou Wood, scoring 80.7/100. Aimee’s thick, northern accent won hearts across the globe when her role in season three of The White Lotus catapulted her to international recognition.

While the Manchester accent might not instantly ring a bell when thinking of sexy accents, her warm, expressive, and unmistakably authentic voice clearly struck a chord with our listeners. A reminder that regional accents carry just as much (if not more) charm than the more recognised ones.

4. Andrew Scott 

It’s no surprise that Dublin-born actor Andrew Scott ranks so highly in our new research since the Irish accent is often regarded as one of the sexiest accents in the world.

Andrew ranked the highest of any male celebrity in our study, with an impressive score of 80.6/100, officially earning him the title of “2026’s Sexiest Male Celebrity Voice”. Not a bad addition to his résumé, especially for the fans who might know him best as the “Hot Priest” from the TV show Fleabag. 

However, the actor is no stranger to showcasing the sexy tones of his soft Irish lilt. In 2024, he leaned fully into the seductive appeal of his accent and narrated a 3-part audio series, The Queen’s Guard, on the audio erotic app, Quinn.

5. Sydney Sweeney 

American actress Sydney Sweeney also earns a top spot in this year’s ranking, achieving a score of 80.3/100. Since her breakout role as Cassie Howard in Euphoria in 2019, she’s quickly become one of Hollywood’s most in-demand stars.

Acting talents aside, Sydney has been widely hailed as one of the sexiest celebrities in the world, but it’s her voice alone that secured her fifth place in our study. With its naturally soft, breathy tone, the actress’s delivery clearly resonated with respondents.

Looking to the rest of our sexiest celebrity voices of 2026, James McAvoy (6th), Emily Blunt (7th), Pamela Anderson and Jeremy Allen White (joint 8th), Richard Madden (9th), and Jonathan Bailey (10th) round out the top 10.

For Oxfordshire-born Jonathan Bailey, it’s been a standout sexy year indeed. At the end of 2025, People Magazine crowned him as the “Sexiest Man Alive” – and now his irresistible voice has secured him a top 10 finish too.

Elsewhere in the overall top 20 are the ever-iconic Rihanna (11th), Love Island presenter Maya Jama (13th), and “Scotland’s Sweetheart” Lewis Capaldi (19th).

Interestingly, British and Irish voices dominate this year’s rankings, with 13 of the top 20 celebrities hailing from the Atlantic Archipelago – 65% of the list!

Looks may catch the eye, but it’s clear that in 2026, distinctive and unique voices will steal the limelight.

Looking specifically at the sexiest male celebrity voices of 2026, it’s clear that Scottish and Irish celebrities punch well above their weight. These Celtic voices account for nearly a third of the top 20 and three out of the top five spots!

Scottish and Irish accents are frequently ranked in global surveys as some of the world’s sexiest accents – a trend that continues in our research. Taking the top spot is Irish actor Andrew Scott, followed by Scottish actor James McAvoy in second place with a score of 78.9/100. Rounding out the Celtic reign is fellow Scot Richard Madden in fourth place.

But it doesn’t end after the top five for the Celts – Paul Mescal (8th), Lewis Capaldi (9th), and Barry Keoghan (20th) all make the sexy voices cut.

Elsewhere in our sexiest male celebrity voices rankings are Aussie heartthrob Chris Hemsworth (6th), Oscar-winning British actor Daniel Kaluuya (12th), and Hollywood royalty, Leonardo DiCaprio (14th).

Compared to our male rankings, the female top 20 shows a greater global diversity in sexy accents, with voices from Spain, the UK, Ireland, Australia, and beyond.

Beyond the top four female celebrities who already rank in the overall top five (Rosalía, Zoë Kravitz, Aimee Lou Wood, and Sydney Sweeney), British actress Emily Blunt takes fifth place, with a Sexy Voice Score of 78.5/100. Known for her natural Received Pronunciation (RP) English accent, her refined way of speaking clearly resonated with our study participants.

Elsewhere in the rankings are 90s icon Pamela Anderson (6th), fan-favourite Zendaya (8th), global superstar Taylor Swift (11th), and recent pop sensation, Sabrina Carpenter (18th).

To determine which celebrities to include in the study, we developed a curated list of 100 public figures known for having distinctive or widely recognised voices. The sample included actors, musicians, presenters, and other culturally relevant personalities frequently referenced in discussions around vocal appeal.

Standardised 30-second clips were sourced from publicly available interviews and recordings, featuring only the individual speaking without background music or interruptions to ensure consistency.

A total of 500 UK-based participants took part. Each listened to five randomly assigned clips and rated the voices out of 10 for pitch, speed, volume, and overall attractiveness. Celebrity names were not disclosed during playback to minimise recognition bias and ensure evaluations were based solely on vocal qualities.

In total, the study generated 2,500 evaluations, with each voice receiving approximately 25 ratings. Scores were averaged per voice and proportionally scaled so that each category contributed up to 25 points, producing a final “Sexy Voice Score” out of 100.

The study was conducted between January and February 2026.
